1. Parent / Legal Guardian Declaration
I declare that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child/baby for whom I am creating a Caston profile, or that I otherwise have the necessary legal authority to act on behalf of the child.
2. Information Processed
I have been informed that the following information I provide on behalf of the child/baby may be processed for Caston's casting and talent discovery services:
- First and last name, age and date of birth
- Photographs and videos
- Physical characteristics
- Skills and experience
- Acting and casting-related profile information
- Other content uploaded to Caston
3. Profile Visibility
I understand that the child's/baby's profile will not be publicly accessible on the internet and may only be viewed by casting directors, production companies, directors, advertising companies, agencies and other relevant industry professionals who have been granted access by Caston.
4. Explicit Consent
To the extent consent is required under applicable law, I expressly consent to processing of the child's/baby's photographs, videos and related profile information for creating a Caston profile, evaluating the candidate for casting opportunities and displaying the profile to professional users authorized by Caston.
5. Contact Information
I understand that contact information provided by me may be displayed to authorized professional users so they may contact me or the authorized representative of the candidate for legitimate casting and professional evaluation purposes.

6. Content Rights
I represent that I possess all necessary rights, permissions and legal authority in relation to photographs, videos and other content uploaded by me.
7. Caston's Role
I understand that Caston is not a talent agency or employer and that creation of a profile does not guarantee an audition, acting role, employment, compensation or professional success.
8. Information and Withdrawal of Consent
I have been provided with access to Caston's Privacy Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Privacy Policy. I understand that where processing is based on my consent, I may withdraw that consent with future effect.
9. Account Deletion
I understand that I may request deletion of the child's/baby's account and profile through the Caston application or by contacting info@castonapp.com.
10. Declaration
I confirm that I have read and understood the statements above and have the necessary parental, guardianship or other legal authority to create and manage this profile on behalf of the child/baby.
I freely provide my explicit consent to the personal data processing activities described above to the extent that such processing requires consent under applicable law.
