Delete Account

You can delete your Caston account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Caston app and sign in.
2. On your profile screen, tap Yasal ve Gizlilik (Legal & Privacy).
3. Choose Hesabını sil (Delete your account) and confirm.

If you can’t access the app

Email info@castonapp.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We’ll delete your account after verifying the request.

What is deleted

Your profile information, photos, introduction video, contact requests, shortlists, notifications and legal acceptance records are deleted. Records we are legally required to keep may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Caston → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Caston → Cancel
